A CAR construction and restoration workshop in Fyshwick has been identified as the first close contact covid exposure site in days.
Lucky’s Speed Shop on 4/9 Yallourn Street, Fyshwick, has been declared a close contact site from 12pm-2.30pm on September 11.
Anyone that has visited Lucky’s Speed Shop during this time is required to complete the ACT Contact Declaration Form, immediately quarantine, get tested for COVID-19 as advised by ACT Health, remain in quarantine even if they get a negative test result.
More than 10 casual exposure sites have been identified, too, with grocery stores continuing to appear daily, including:
- Coles Belconnen, 6.25pm-7.30pm, September 13.
- Optimal Pharmacy Plus Jamison, Macquarie, 12.10pm-1.10pm, September 13.
- Amcal+ Pharmacy Belconnen, 12.40pm-5.30pm, September 13.
- Woolworths Charnwood, 12.30pm-1.20pm, September 12.
- Narrabundah Friendly Grocer, 3.10pm-4pm and 6pm-6.45pm, September 11, and 6pm-6.45pm and 7.45pm-8.30pm, September 12.
- SupaExpress Kaleen, 1.30pm-2.30pm, September 12.
- Woolworths Conder, 2.30pm-3.10pm, September 11.
- Sea Harvest Belconnen, 1.50pm-2.50pm, September 11.
- Market Meats Belconnen, 2.10pm-3.10pm, September 11.
- ALDI Belconnen, 3pm-3.55pm, September 11.
- Department of Education, Skills and Employment, Level 7, Civic, 8.40am-4.45pm, September 10.
- Coles Manuka, Griffith, 5.22pm-6.10pm, September 9.
People who have been to casual contact exposure locations during the times listed are expected to, complete the ACT Contact Declaration Form, immediately quarantine and get tested for COVID-19 as advised by ACT Health.
If a person was at the casual contact location less than four days ago, ACT Health says they will need two tests – one test as soon as they find out they are a casual contact and another test on day five after they were at the casual contact location.
People at the casual contact location four or more days ago only need to get one test.
